The Information Systems Department is managed by Lloyd Alger. Lloyd has a Bachelors degree from Hiram College and has been working in the field of Information Technology for nine years. His previous experience includes working with Hiram College to manage all of their academic and public computer labs. He also worked with Kent State University implementing and managing new servers while also attending to various desktop systems support for the MCLS department. 

Lloyd's duties as Information Systems Manager include procuring computer systems, network and telephony equipment. He also manages the City's Email server and other application servers as well as providing desktop support for City of Tallmadge employees. He administers the City's website, the Wireless Emergency Notification System, as well as other online and offline applications.
