From Couch to 5K Program

The City of Tallmadge ‘REC’ Center presents From Couch to 5K Program. This class involves training for upcoming race events, and also includes stretching and pilates along with core strengthening.

The registration fee is $75 and includes class, race fee, official race t-shirt and an official ‘couch potato’ t-shirt. Pre-registration is required due to class size limit.

This program is held for three sessions: Fall, Winter and Spring.
Run Locations: New Year’s Eve Run is at Stow-Monroe Falls High School, Shamrock Run is at Woodridge High School, and Memorial Day Race is in Tallmadge.
