Spring is here, enjoy it with the TALLMADGE RECREATION DEPARTMENT
While it's officially Spring, so far Mother Nature has been keeping us stuck in winter with less than Spring like weather. Here is a warm and sunny thought.... we are now distributing our Spring/Summer activity brochure! I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you to be sure to leaf through it and see all wonderful activities for summer fun that we have for you and your family. We have many new programs (like tennis and golf) planned for both here at the Recreation Center and throughout our community as well as many popular returning events such as our Summer Concert Series, Maca Pool and our fun filled Day Camp for kids at Lions Park.

Important Concussion Information
Ohio's "Return to Play" Bill goes into effect April 26, 2013. The bill is designed to increase concussion awareness and recognition in parents, coaches and officials in youth sports programs. All Tallmadge Recreation Department coaches and youth sports leaders will be certified in concussion awareness and recognition. There is also a parent information sheet available by clicking here.
