The registration process to participate in our sports programs is fast and easy to complete.

For our youth sports leagues simply fill out the paper registration form which is located in our document center which you can visit by clicking here. You may also register online by clicking here. We also cheerfully accept telephone registrations with a credit card by calling our Recreation Center main desk at (330) 634-2349.

For our adult sports leagues you register as entire team by filling out a paper form from our document center by clicking here. We also cheerfully accept telephone registrations with a credit card by calling our Recreation Center main desk at (330) 634-2349.
