The City of Tallmadge 'REC' Center hosts an Annual Halloween Street Dance. Scare up your best costume and get ready for an evening of treats. Join your friends, neighbors and the creatures of the night for food, fun and DJ-supplied dance music. Prizes for costumes will be awarded!
