Director of Administration

Tom Pascarella

The Director of Administration is responsible for supervisory functions within the department for Human Resources and Economic Development. The Director is also charged with the planning, preparation, and implementation of the City's Capital, Operating and Legal budgets. This office is also responsible for negotiating all labor contracts within the city. The current director is Tom Pascarella.

The Director of Administration's office is located on the upper floor of City Hall at 46 North Avenue.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
