Human Resources

Human Resources is responsible for providing the day-to-day needs of the City's personnel functions including employee training, benefits administration, compensation, testing, and all new employee hires. Human Resources works closely with the 200 city employees that represent full-time, part-time, intermittent, and seasonal positions. Human Resources is actively involved with the 6 bargaining units representing employees in the Fire Department, Police Department, Telecommunicators, Road Department, Garage, and Water & Sewer Departments.

The Human Resources office is located on the upper floor of City Hall at 46 North Avenue.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
