The Department of Information Technology is administered by a Manager of Information Services who is appointed by the Service Director. The current Manager of Information Services is Lloyd Alger.

The Department of Information Technology office is located on the bottom floor of City Hall at 46 North Avenue. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The responsibilities of this department include a variety of skilled and technical work associated with the administration, maintenance, implementation, and oversight of the City’s computer, network, and telecommunication equipment. Other responsibilities include managing the maintaining the City of Tallmadge's website.

City of Tallmadge Electronic Recycling Drive

The City of Tallmadge will be hosting an Electronics Recycling Drive on Saturday November 1st at the Tallmadge Recreation center. From 9am-2pm, Tallmadge residents and visitors will be encouraged to drop off any used, broken, or junk electronic equipment to be recycling and disposed of in an environmentally friendly fashion. Below is a list of accepted items. We encourage all residents to fill out a pre-registration form with any items you propose to bring and turn those forms into the Service Dept or Recreation Center by Tuesday October 28th.

**Due to the high cost of recycling TVs, there will be a minimal charge that must be paid in cash only the day of the collection.  All cash for recycled TVs will be collected by a representative of itscrap.com

            - 31” or higher    $35
