2017 Leaf Season Will Begin Monday, October 23, 2017
This year's leaf program will run for six weeks from start date. We will have 5-7 trucks running daily throughout the entire city. Each truck will be assigned to the same route. Our hope is to collect everyone's leaves every 10-15 business days depending on weather and breakdowns.
Tips to Assure Pickup
We encourage you to rake your leaves out as they fall.
Have your leaves raked to the street (NOT IN THE STREET) by 7:00 a.m.
Avoid raking leaves near street signs, mailboxes, catch basins, culvert pipes or in ditches.
Avoid parking cars in the street, as the leaf collection crews will not be able to collect leaves.
Leaves containing branches, brush, grass clippings or other debris will NOT be picked up.
In the event of unusual weather, city crews may fall behind. Every effort will be made to collect all leaves raked to the street.
Brimfield Aggregate accepts clean, separated concrete, topsoil, leaves, wood chips and logs. For more information, view the Brimfield Aggregate website.
