Who should I notify if my mailbox was damaged/knocked down by a snow plow?
Mailboxes are sometimes damaged or knocked down by snow removal. This is inevitable due to the force and the amount of the snow.

If your mailbox is damaged, from a city plow truck, call the Street Department to report it, we will send someone out to inspect the damage, and either repair or replace your mailbox with a new or partially used mailbox. We only use the mailboxes in our inventory, color and size may differ.

This repair may take a week or two (depending on the weather and man power). You may contact the Street Department at 330-633-5130 or Submit A Request
