1. Where can I obtain an application for employment with the City of Tallmadge?

Applications can be picked up at:
- Tallmadge City Hall (Human Resources), Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tallmadge Police Department, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Tallmadge Recreation Center - During the Recreation Center's business hours (which vary by season)

2. Where do I submit completed applications?

All applications for full-time and part-time employment should be submitted to the Civil Service office at City Hall unless otherwise specified in the employment request. They can be dropped off in person or mailed to:

Applications for seasonal employment should be submitted directly to the Recreation Department. Drop them off in person during business hours or mail them directly to:

3. Is the City of Tallmadge a drug free work place?

Yes.

4. If I am under 17, do I need a work permit?

Yes. You can obtain a Minor Work Permit at your school administration building or online. It must be completed then returned to your school administration building. You can access the permit online.
